6/3, 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, – Showcase 7/13
In this course you will learn how to:
- Open strong with light-hearted self-mocking.
- Write authentic material based on your persona.
- Make any subject funny (even the most boring subjects).
- Conquer the fear of performing by having good material.
- Turn the characters in your family into material gold.
- Adjust to performing stand-up online at your showcase.
On the 5th week, everyone who wants to will showcase and receive a video of their performance.
This workshop is great for pros and beginners alike.
Details:
- 5-weeks of 3-hour classes
- Work with a comedy buddy writing material during the class.
- Each class will have their own pro comedy coach.
- Classes will be no larger than 12 people to maximize feedback and attention.
