Personal mentoring, designed to find your message, write your speech, design your promotional materials, create a business plan and become a paid professional speaker.
Program Details:
4 Creative Mentoring sessions per month for a total of 12 (1 hour each): Online video work sessions designed to identify your message, work on your speech or TED Talk, find your signature stories, connect with your audience, create promotional materials, humor punch-up, performance techniques, marketing strategies as well as all that is mentioned below.
Up to 4 Email correspondences per week: including, but not limited to reviewing homework and editing of materials, as well as additional material for speaking, Ted Talks, marketing, and PR/Branding strategies.
Promotional Material Evaluation: review of text, video & audio (up to 30 min.) to determine your strengths, challenges, and speech objectives.
Speech Title Creation: a powerful title that resonates with your target audience
Elevator Pitch: essential for industry networking, brand awareness, and media coverage
Presentation Skill Enhancement: learn invaluable industry tips to fine-tune your presentation and memorization skills
TED Talks Submission: guidance on how to effectively submit your material hi-lighting your unique message so it stands out

Speaker’s responsibilities:
- 3 monthly payments of $2000.00 will be billed automatically every 30 days from the first payment via check card for a total of 12 coaching sessions.
- Speaker agrees to schedule 4 consultations with Coach per month.
- Cancellations and rescheduling of any weekly coaching sessions must be made via email to [email protected] 24 hours in advance or the time will be counted as a full session.

- If for reasons of illness, family emergencies or other crises, Speaker can ask for a pause of coaching sessions, however, the monthly payments will continue on auto-pay until a total of $6,000 is paid. Missed sessions must be scheduled prior to 5 months from the first session. After 5 months from the first session, this contract is finished no matter how many sessions remain.
- If the coach has to cancel this contract due to illness, family emergencies or other crises, this contract will be terminated and the speaker will be paid back on a pro-rated scale for any remaining sessions due to the unavailability of your coach.
- After 3 months, Speaker can continue on month-to-month coaching for a $1000 monthly rate that includes additional writing and mentoring.
- Although your coach will guide you to writing your speech, Speaker is ultimately responsible to do all homework that will result in results.
Note: Although Coach will advise Speaker of employment possibilities, coaching holds no guarantee of employment.
Cancellation Policy: Speaker is eligible for a refund of $1,500 within 24 hours after the first session, after which there are no refunds, returns, exchanges, or transfers of this amount for any reason whatsoever.
